Dehra-Dun chapter get together (September 9 2006)

This is to inform you that the Dehradun chapter of WOBS is organizing a get together on Saturday, September 9, 2006. Further, the founder’s day celebrations of the school are scheduled for November 3 to 5, 2006. Being in Dehradun, it is important that we meet and plan the efforts required to make the same a grand success.

Furthermore, we are trying to invite some teachers to be a special invites for the evening. We are pleased to inform that the following teachers have confirmed their attendance.

3. Mr JS Gosain
4. Mr S Bhatia
5. Ms M Bajpai
6. Ms S Chopra
7. Mrs M Raina
8. Mr TD Raina
9. Mrs K Deshpande
10. Mr A Singh

It would be a great opportunity for the members of the Dehradun chapter of WOBS to meet some teachers and rekindle some fond memories of the great time we all have had during our respective stay at WELHAMS.

We would like to emphasize here, the need for all are married members to bring their spouses for the evening in order to generate further camaraderie amongst us.

I can imagine the bash..hope our favourite Mr. Gosain didnt have any violent reaction. Waiting to have a look at Hapurs snaps..touching walls every second.
	[3] Prashant Kochhar [1992] September 12, 2006 11:58 AM [IST] The get together was a great success, with an attendance of approx. 40 people. Some old teachers (Mr Gosain, Mr Basu, Mr Bhatia and Mr R Juyal) and Mrs and Mr Dev Lahiri were the star attraction of the evening. We had some boys travelling from NCR (Lokesh, Gurjot Rajveer and Suarabh) specially to attend the get together. Also it was very pleasant to see Mrs and Mr Pankaj Raheja, Kamal Raheja and Saurabh Gupta come from Saharanpur for the evening. It was a great evening and I am sure, after seeing the enthusiasm of the wobs members that evening, the delhi get together would be a grand affair with record attendance and lot of fun and frolic.

Further, we have about 30 confirmations from old boys to attend the get together on September 9, 2006, including some old boys from outside Dehradun who have confirmed their attendance, Rajveer Singh and Saurabh Narang (from Hapur) and Saurabh Gupta (from Saharanpur).
