I remember when we were in White House and were putting down our choices for the senior houses, it was invariably Krishna for all of us. Each one of us! So much was the reputation of K House .
K House was always a legend in School.
The exclusiveness of K House(It was somewhere at the corner of the world with the most beautiful skecth that we had seen and heard of)
The colour Green, the best marches during founders, the complete dominance in basketball and infact all sports
Watching Tip Toe(there was a senior who walked like that or something) from the balcony of NG when we were in Class III score a 4 off the last ball of a cricket match against Ganga or someone to win it for Krishna, And Anshuman Singh (Rajvirs batch) who came 9 down and hit 3 sixes into the Headmasters Cottage or something at another time.
Sanjeev Sehgal(the coolest Schoolie ever),
the five Krishna 9thies who represented the school basketball team ahead of all others(Rajesh Seghal, Sanjay Prasad, Sudhanshu Mishra, Charanjyot Singh Anand and Piyush??)
Rajveer Singh and the others, the most notorious batch but secretly admired,
and most of all Ballu(Mr Bhatia) and his enfield with the number CHU....something to which someone added a T.
and so many things just made K House the natural choice for all of us.

We had our own slang, our own field, our own courts.
and were the closest to Welham Girls

We were K house fist and Welhamites later

Never Say Die!!!!!

While Krishnaites has always enjoyed "sylvan surroundings" ... all others ... Ganga, Cauvery and Jamuna ... have ALWAYS lived in layers of concrete (read: concrete jungle) .... So that sets Krishna House apart ... :)

While one can "Rise to Greater Heights" and follow the tenet of "Unity is Strength" ... Nothing is more important than looking within and rending out the clarion call ... "Never Say Die" :) ... coz only if you have such a spirit will anyone rise to greater heights and be united ...

hey this is a great pic goel....n this was the board wch was the only board in the whole school which had lights in it....thanks to mr jagjit for it he got it when he was the house master back in school.designed by prabesh shrestha....n i went to get the thing done up frm a shop near ghanta ghar....lol those were the good old days....three cheers Krishna house...Never Say Die.....
